In our last two posts, we’ve introduced you to chat GPT playground, features in order to design the prompts to generate the desired output.

In the last post, we discussed the elements of successful prompts i.e. prompt anatomy. Today we’ll walk through the same example via playground incorporating features on offer and review the output.

I verified the duplicated transaction and explained that it may have been caused by a technical glitch or a merchant error. I then guided the customer through checking if the transaction was pending or if they needed to contact the merchant involved.

If the issue persists, I assured the customer that I would escalate the matter to the relevant department for further investigation. I provided them with an estimated time frame for resolution and a reference or ticket number for their follow-up.

Overall, I aimed to address the double billing issue promptly and ensure that the customer felt supported throughout the process.
